This notice covers enquiries submitted through the Members Cloud marketing website. The Members Cloud member platform is a separate service.
Who handles your information?
Triptiq srl develops and manages Members Cloud and is responsible for handling information submitted through this website. For questions about your information, contact julien@triptiq.be.
What information is collected?
The enquiry form collects your name, work email address, association, enquiry type, and any role or message you choose to provide. It also records the submission time. Please avoid including sensitive personal information in your message.
How is it used?
Your details are used to respond to your enquiry, discuss your requirements and arrange a demonstration or introductory call if requested. Submitting this form does not subscribe you to marketing newsletters.
Storage and email delivery
Enquiries are stored on our Infomaniak hosting and sent to Triptiq’s contact mailbox through Brevo’s transactional email service. Website hosting and email services process this information as part of providing those services. Access should be restricted to people handling enquiries and maintaining the service.
Essential session and security data
This site uses a session cookie to protect the form and show the result of your submission. Google Analytics is loaded only if you allow analytics through the cookie preferences. Your choice is stored in your browser for up to six months and can be changed using Cookie preferences. Analytics measures page visits and successful contact requests; form field contents are not sent to Google. To limit repeated submissions, the form stores a hashed version of your network address and a submission count. Hosting infrastructure may also maintain technical access logs.
